APPOINTMENTS:

  • Appointments are made by phone or electronically
  • By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, the patient confirms that they accept the T&Cs (link in a text message)
  • All Care Bolton reserves the right to change the time of the appointment and inform the patient about the change

DEPOSIT:

  • A deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours of making the appointment (the amount of the deposit depends on the type of appointment).
  • The deposit is paid directly to the bank account All Care Bolton or over the phone.
  • A reminder text message is sent after 24 hours.
  • If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION:

  • The deposit will be fully refunded if the appointment is cancelled by the patient with no less than 48 hours before the visit.
  • The deposit will be returned within 28 working days to the patient’s bank account
  • Fee of any medical procedures is to be paid in full within 24hrs from making the appointment and is non refundable
